Please read our FAQs below to find your inquiry before contacting us. If you have an urgent matter, send us an email or submit a message through our contact form (we do not monitor messages on social media). We receive numerous emails and may not be able to respond right away. You can also follow us on Instagram for the latest news!
Our Products
The entire queenie’s cards collection is designed by the owner, Queenie Best. All artwork and products belong to and are copyrighted by queenie's cards. Learn more about our copyright and trademark HERE. We source our own manufacturers and suppliers, and our products are mainly available through our retailers.
All cardstock, envelopes and paper items are FSC certified (detailed specifications and further info including measurements, are included on every product page).
COLOUR DISCLAIMER: Actual colours of all products may vary slightly due to computer monitor differences and photography lighting.
We are also an authorized retailer for licensed brands such as Pusheen, tokidoki, Sanrio, Squishmallows, and more. Please read every product description carefully. We only carry original and authentic licensed products.
Every product that is not our own has specific and pre-determined MSRP (Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price) requirements. Price factors include: minimum wholesale quantities and order totals with additional taxes, shipping costs, customs and duty fees, and several other considerations that are calculated into our final retail prices.
Please note: We do not offer price adjustments. Make sure to keep following us on social media for promotions so you don’t miss out!

This is possible! A minimum of 100 pieces and additional design fees are required to create custom items such as greeting cards and enamel pins. A minimum of 1000 pieces and additional design fees are required to create custom plushies. Please fill out THIS FORM to get things started!

Online Shop
You can purchase our exclusive products on this website. Our general product line is available at authorized retailers (product styles and availability will vary, contact the retailer if you are looking for a specific item). Please also keep an eye on our upcoming events for show specials!
Prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) by default. You can view products in USD at the bottom of the page.
No Returns, No Exchanges. All sales are final.
Cancelling orders are subject to restocking and processing fees. We are charged per transaction through Shopify and they do not refund these fees. Please review your cart and shipping information BEFORE submitting your order, especially the shipping address.
If we shipped your items to the correct mailing address provided with your order, we are not held responsible for lost parcels. All standard and tracked orders will require a 30 day grace period after your parcel was expected to arrive before further investigation. Any changes to orders are subject to processing fees.
If your item(s) arrived damaged during transit, please take a photo within 24 hours of receiving your parcel and email it to us so we can assess the situation with the post office or courier.
Any inquiries must be relayed to the courier that was used for your parcels. We do not have any further information.
After your order is placed, we will process your order within 3-7 business days (unless otherwise stated in our processing updates).

- Double check your items, quantities, and selected styles in your cart
- Please type any information in the Order Notes to relay important details to us regarding your order.
- Compare your shipping options. Orders can be shipped via regular standard mail (if the items fit in a flat 5mm mailer to be shipped with postage stamps, they are not tracked) or expedited (oversize, with tracking). NO TRACKING = NO STATUS UPDATES. Standard shipping is cost efficient but comes with a risk, buyer’s discretion is advised.
- Make sure all of the information you enter at checkout is correct - Name, Shipping Address, Email, etc. If you are gifting the order, simply input the receiver's shipping information.
- Once an order is placed, check your inbox for your order confirmation email. If you did not receive it, check your spam folders or you may have entered your email incorrectly, in which case please contact us right away so we can manually revise your customer info.
- Once we receive your order, we will process shipments in 3-7 business days. Again, please review your entered details before submitting your order, especially the shipping address to ensure it is correct. We are not responsible for replacing parcels sent to any addresses other than the one received when your order was placed.
- Make sure to add our email (info@queeniescards.com) to your safe senders list for necessary communication about your order.
Digital products are automatically emailed do not have shipping fees.
Products in our Lookbook are available at our Retailers only.

Canada and US: Shop our exclusives HERE. All orders are processed within 3-7 business days once your order is received and payment has been cleared.
We offer regular standard shipping (not tracked) and oversized shipping (tracked). Options are available depending on the items in your cart. Standard shipping with postage stamps is only available if the items fit in a 5mm flat mailer. Otherwise, your purchase will only qualify for oversized tracked shipping.
Estimated standard shipping times are as follows AFTER the processing time of 3-7 business days. Please keep in mind there may be additional delays due to factors such as poor weather, postal service disruptions or high holiday volumes. If you selected tracked shipping, you may track your order's progress with the provided tracking number.
Standard Mail* - NOT TRACKED (for parcels that can fit into a 5mm mailer to allow for regular postage stamps):
- Canada: 3-10 business days
- USA: 7-14 business days

*Due to possible unforeseen delays such as weather and holiday volumes, your order may take a few more days to arrive. Please visit the official post office website for updates in your area. If your order is tracked, you can view the progress and status updates with the tracking number. Sometimes orders may be delivered to your local post office if you are not home to accept the package. Please ensure shipped orders are retrieved within the postal service’s time frame, otherwise your order may be sent back to us and orders will be subject to processing and shipping fees if we need to re-ship your parcel.

Sorry, pick up is no longer available. Our storefront has been closed since Sept 2021. All unclaimed purchases have now been donated to fundraisers for local schools. We do not offer refunds/exchanges, especially for purchases from over 1 year ago.

If the standard shipping window has passed and you think your package is lost, please inquire with your local post office/courier. Standard shipping does not include insurance for lost parcels. Untracked shipping is cost efficient but there is also a risk, buyer’s discretion is advised.
If you received a tracking number, contact your local post office/courier directly as they will have the most up-to-date information. Please keep in mind there will be postal service delays during busier seasonal times that are out of our control and can affect the arrival of your order (i.e. holidays, poor weather, etc).
If your products are damaged upon receiving your order, take a photo of the products within 24 hours and let us know right away so we can inquire with the post office/courier. We apologize in advance for the inconvenience and we'll do what we can to fix the situation :)

Giving Back
Kids Help Phone (1-800-668-6868)
We are donating proceeds from this colouring sheet (and donations at checkout) to Kids Help Phone. Are you looking for someone to talk to about something on your mind? Maybe it’s about school, family, work or friends, and you just don’t want to say it out loud. Kids Help Phone’s crisis responders are here for you 24/7. Kids Help Phone’s non-judgmental, inclusive services are available to young people across Canada. This means we’re here for all kids, teens and young adults from coast to coast to coast.
Michael Garron Hospital Foundation
Proceeds from our face mask themed products (and donations at checkout) are donated to our local hospital in East Danforth, Toronto. This is our local hospital, and many of our staff, loved ones and customers have personal connections to this important healthcare centre (Queenie's daughter was born here and had to go to the ER when she was 5 years old, and the team took great care of them). We will continue to support front-line heroes during these unprecedented times!
Toronto Animal Services
Proceeds from our paw print enamel pin (and donations at checkout) will be donated to Toronto Animal Services in honour of Queenie's beloved Golden Retriever, Bowser. This design is a trace of Bowser's paw print, he was a huge part of Queenie's life and this her tribute to him. (Read the Instagram post here). Donations are crucial to support medical care for animals in shelters and spay/neuter initiatives in the community. One hundred percent of donations is used to directly benefit the animals.
