Please read all of our FAQs before contacting us, your inquiry should be answered below! We receive numerous emails on a daily basis and cannot guarantee we will respond right away. If we missed your question or if you have an urgent request, send us an email or submit to our contact form (we do not actively respond to messages via social media). You can also sign up to our newsletter for new product announcements, promotions and other surprises!

Our Products

Our entire queenie’s cards collection of greeting cards, enamel pins, patches, pillows, socks, plushies and more, are designed by Toronto designer and shop owner, Queenie Best. We source our own manufacturers and suppliers, and these products are also distributed to our wholesalers.

All cardstock, envelopes and paper are FSC certified (detailed specifications and further information, including measurements, are included on every product page).

COLOUR DISCLAIMER: Actual colours of all products may vary slightly due to computer monitor differences and photography lighting.

We are also an authorized retailer for licensed brands such as Pusheen, tokidoki, Sanrio, San X, and more. Please read every product description carefully for details. We only carry original and authentic licensed products. Select items are listed online but the full collections are available in-store!

PRODUCT DETAILS

You can shop on our website, at our brick and mortar shop (1808 Danforth Ave, Toronto ON), our Etsy shop and official stockists. Since product styles and availability will vary, we suggest contacting the retailer closest to you if you are looking for a specific item. Please also keep an eye on our upcoming events! We often offer show specials and promotions during pop ups as well :)

We do not currently offer customization on any products. A base minimum of 100 pieces and design fees are required to possibly create custom items (such as greeting cards and enamel pins).

If you are looking to purchase products in bulk, please email us with the product(s) and quantities you're interested in. If you are a business owner, more information can be found under the Wholesale Section on this page (or send us an email so we can discuss options).

The queenie’s cards Subscription Box is an exclusive quarterly subscription series full of cute and punny goodies! Each box is a surprise with our own line of products (such as stationery, greeting cards, plush) and other fun items from our retail shop (brands may include Pusheen, tokidoki, Sanrio, San X, and more).

Brick and Mortar Shop

Our shop is located at 1808 Danforth Ave, Toronto ON M4C 1H8. Green P and street parking are available (or take the TTC to Coxwell Station).

Visit our contact page for regular hours (but be sure to follow us on social media for the latest updates and announcements in case of unforeseen closures).

All prices in-store are in CAD. We accept cash and payment through Square (INTERAC Flash, contactless credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and chip credit cards). Tax (HST) is calculated upon checkout.

We are also paperless to do our part in reducing waste! All receipts are sent via text message and/or e-mail upon request. 

You can find the full collection of queenie's cards products in our shop, including greeting cards, enamel pins, patches, pillows, exclusive collaboration products and more!

We are also an authorized retailer of original and authentic licensed products. We carry a range of your favourite licensed brands such as Pusheen, tokidoki, Sanrio, and San-X (just to name a few). All of our latest products are announced first on social media. Follow us on Instagram and Facebook to be the first to know!

The entire queenie's cards line can be found online and in-store. You can take advantage of our free in-store pick up option when placing an order online to guarantee the items you want will be waiting for you when you visit us!

Only a minimal amount of styles and quantities of licensed products (such as Pusheen, tokidoki, Sanrio, San X, etc.) are available on our online shop. Be sure to visit our physical store to see all of the licensed products we carry (and follow us on Instagram for the latest product news). Please be aware that online and in-store promotions may differ (and if you have questions on product availability and shipping on a specific product, we suggest reaching out to us via email).

Every queenie’s cards product is designed by Queenie Best in our Toronto studio. We source our own manufacturers and these items are also distributed to our wholesalers.

Every product that is not our own has specific and pre-determined MSRP (Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price) requirements. Price factors include: minimum wholesale quantities and order totals with additional taxes, shipping costs, customs and duty fees, and several other considerations that are calculated into our final retail prices.

Thank you so much for your understanding that we are a small business and do not have the advantages that a bigger company can offer. Your purchases go directly back into the company so we can continue to serve our customers. We appreciate you so much for shopping local!

All sales are final. We may allow for exceptions for specific exchanges on a case by case basis (please inquire in person or by email).

We offer a rewards card for greeting card purchases made in person at our physical shop. Collect 9 stamps (1 regular priced greeting card = 1 stamp) and get the 10th card free! Please be sure to have your card with you at the time of purchase :)

 At this moment, we do not carry gift cards for in-store purchases (but don't worry, we're looking into it!). However, we do have e-gift cards available for a limited time only! The queenie's cards e-gift card can only be redeemed on queeniescards.com.

Online Shop

You can shop the entire queenie's cards collection on our website (including all greeting cards, enamel pins, plushies and more)! Keep an eye out for exclusive promotions for our online shoppers!

We also carry licensed brands, such as Pusheen, tokidoki, Sanrio and more. queenie's cards is an authorized retailer of original and authentic licensed products. Please note shipping or pick up is only available for products sold on this website. For in-store items, please contact us to inquire about the possibility of shipping specific products to you.

Prices are in CAD by default. You can view products in the currency of your choice by scrolling to the bottom of our website and changing the currency.

We have e-gift cards available for a limited time only! The queenie's cards e-gift card can only be redeemed on queeniescards.com (not available for use in-store or markets/events).

We accept several forms of payment including VISA, Mastercard, PayPal, AMEX, Google Pay and Apple Pay. Debit and cash is only accepted in person.

All sales are final; however, if there was a mistake on our end your order will be amended free of charge. Please note if we have shipped your items to the correct mailing address from your initial order, we do not offer refunds and are not held responsible for lost parcels. All standard and tracked orders will require a 30 day grace period after your parcel was expected to arrive before further investigation. Any changes to orders are subject to a processing fee.

If your item(s) arrived damaged during transit, please take a photo within 24 hours of receiving your order so we can assess the situation with the post office and/or courier.

If you accidentally purchased a wrong item, please notify us immediately after placing your order (otherwise your shipment will be sent as is). All cancelled orders are subject to additional processing fees. Likewise, re-shipped orders are subject to additional processing and shipping fees. Thanks for your understanding!

We ship worldwide! We offer regular shipping (not tracked) and tracked expedited shipping via Canada Post (options are calculated at checkout).

 

  • Double check your item quantities and selected styles if available
  • Compare your shipping options. Orders can be shipped via regular standard mail (not tracked) or expedited (with tracking). In-store pick up is always free :)
  • Once an order is placed, we process it as soon as we can. Please review your entered details before submitting your order, especially the shipping address to ensure it is correct. We are not responsible for replacing parcels sent to any addresses other than the one received when your order was placed.
CONTACTLESS CURBSIDE PICK UP

 

For FREE curbside pick up at our Toronto shop, simply select the pick up option at checkout. When your order is ready, you will receive an additional email for the next pick up time (DO NOT stop by the shop until your pick-up date is scheduled). Please arrive on time and have your name and order number ready upon arrival :)

 

 

 

If your order is time-sensitive and you need it for a specific day or time: Please send us an email BEFORE placing your order to see if it is possible to rush your order (otherwise, we cannot guarantee that your items will be ready for a specific date depending on order volumes). Since we only have one staff fulfilling orders once a week, we unfortunately cannot operate at full capacity until it is safe to do so. Thank you for your understanding!

In response to the COVID-19 social distancing precautions, we will be limiting our visits to the post office, hence our longer shipping times. BELOW IS OUR GENERAL SHIPPING SCHEDULE PRIOR TO COVID-19. Processing time is now 7 business days, standard and tracked orders both now require an additional 7-14 business days for delivery. 

Orders are shipped from our studio/shop in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Shipping costs are calculated upon checkout based on the size of your order and your shipping address. For most products, you may select Standard Mail (not tracked) or Expedited (tracked). Standard Mail is only on available for items that can be mailed in flat envelopes and mailers so it can fit through a regular mail slot, which is why this option is only available for selected products. Tracked orders will be provided with a tracking number. Please note some products may not be available for standard mail (i.e. over-sized items). Additionally, we are not responsible for any customs or duty fees. If you are within Toronto/GTA, we offer free in-store pickup to save on shipping :)

Orders are processed within 2-3 business days once your order is received and payment has been processed. 

Estimated standard shipping times* are as follows AFTER the processing time of 2-3 business days. Please keep in mind there may be additional delays due to factors outside of our control, such as poor weather, postal service disruptions or high holiday volumes (please visit Canada Post for delivery service interruptions).

Standard Mail - NOT TRACKED

  • Canada: 3-10 business days
  • USA: 7-14 business days
  • International: 10-21 business days or longer depending on location

Expedited - TRACKED (tracking number provided)

  • Canada: 1-7 business days
  • USA: 3-10 business days
  • International: 7-15 business days or longer depending on your location

*Due to possible unforeseen post office delays, your order may take a few days longer to arrive. Please visit the official Canada Post website for delivery service news and updates. If you selected tracked shipping, you may track your order's progress with the provided tracking number.

Sometimes orders may be delivered to your local post office if you are not home to accept the package. Please ensure shipped orders are retrieved within the postal service’s time frame (else, your order may be sent back to us). Orders will be subject to additional shipping fees if we need to re-ship your parcel.

DURING OUR TEMPORARY CLOSURE: Orders for in-store pick up will receive instructions for contactless curbside pick up dates and times once the order has been fulfilled. Any new updates during COVD-19 will be announced HERE and on Instagram.

You sure can! We offer free in-store pick up on all online orders.

  • Local pick up is only available at our brick and mortar shop in Toronto during regular shop hours. Please visit our contact page for hours and location (and follow us on Instagram for unexpected closures and updates).
  • An email notification and receipt will be sent when your order is ready at the shop. A mobile or printed receipt must be presented in person before we release your order.
  • Please note: Orders for pick up will be held for 14 days only. After this period, your order may be subject to shipping fees. Thank you for your understanding!

If the standard shipping window has passed and you think your package is lost, please contact us with your order number so we can inquire with the post office/courier. If you received a tracking number, we ask that you also contact the courier directly as they will have the most up-to-date information. Please keep in mind that there will be post office delays during busier times that are outside of our control that can affect the arrival of your order (i.e. holidays, poor weather, etc). Thank you for your patience and understanding!

If your products are damaged upon receiving your order, we ask that you take a photo of the products within 24 hours and let us know right away so we can inquire with the post office/courier. We apologize in advance for the inconvenience and we'll do what we can to fix the situation :)
