The entire queenie’s cards collection are designed by the owner, Queenie Best. We source our own manufacturers and suppliers, and these products are also distributed to our wholesalers.
All cardstock, envelopes and paper items are FSC certified (detailed specifications and further information, including measurements, are included on every product page).
COLOUR DISCLAIMER: Actual colours of all products may vary slightly due to computer monitor differences and photography lighting.
We are also an authorized retailer for licensed brands such as Pusheen, tokidoki, Sanrio, Squishmallows, and more. Please read every product description carefully for details. We only carry original and authentic licensed products.
Every product that is not our own has specific and pre-determined MSRP (Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price) requirements. Price factors include: minimum wholesale quantities and order totals with additional taxes, shipping costs, customs and duty fees, and several other considerations that are calculated into our final retail prices.
Thank you for your understanding that we are a small business and do not have the advantages that a bigger company can offer. Your purchases go directly back into the company so we can continue to serve our customers. We appreciate you for shopping local!
We do not currently offer customizations on any products. A minimum of 100 pieces and additional design fees are required to possibly create custom items. Please reach out to us to inquire about details.

Prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) by default. You can view products in USD at the bottom of the page.
No Returns, No Exchanges. All sales are final.
Cancelling orders are subject to restocking and processing fees. We are charged per transaction through Shopify and they do not refund these fees. Please review your cart and shipping information BEFORE submitting your order, especially the shipping address.
If we shipped your items to the correct mailing address provided with your order, we are not held responsible for lost parcels. All standard and tracked orders will require a 30 day grace period after your parcel was expected to arrive before further investigation. Any changes to orders are subject to a processing fee.
If your item(s) arrived damaged during transit, please take a photo within 24 hours of receiving your parcel and email it to us so we can assess the situation with the post office or courier.
Any inquiries must be relayed to the courier that was used for your parcels. We do not have any further information.
After your order is placed, we will process your order within 1-5 business days (unless otherwise stated in our processing updates).
We currently ship to Canada and US. We offer regular air mail shipping (not tracked) and oversized shipping (tracked). Options are available depending on the items in your cart. Standard shipping with postage stamps is only available if the items fit in a 5mm flat mailer. Otherwise, you will be given the choice between in-store pick up or oversized tracked shipping.

Due to Brexit and changes to laws that affect how businesses can operate abroad, we are not currently shipping outside of North America. Please visit our Etsy Shop to purchase select products!
- Double check your items, quantities, and selected styles in your cart
- Please write any information in the Order Notes to relay important details to us regarding your order.
- Compare your shipping options. Orders can be shipped via regular standard mail (if the items fit in a flat 5mm mailer to be shipped with postage stamps, not-tracked) or expedited (oversize, with tracking). In-store pick up is always free :)
- Make sure all of the information you enter at checkout is correct - Name, Shipping Address, Email, etc. If you are gifting the order, simply input the receiver's shipping information.
- Once an order is placed, check your inbox for your order confirmation email. If you did not receive it, check your spam folders or you may have entered your email incorrectly, in which case please contact us right away so we can revise your customer info.
- Once we receive your order, we process in 3-5 business days. Again, please review your entered details before submitting your order, especially the shipping address to ensure it is correct. We are not responsible for replacing parcels sent to any addresses other than the one received when your order was placed.
- Make sure to add our email (email@example.com) to your safe senders list for necessary communication about your order.
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days once your order is received and payment has been cleared.
We currently ship to Canada and US. International customers, please visit our Etsy Shop! We offer regular air mail shipping (not tracked) and oversized shipping (tracked). Estimated standard shipping times are as follows AFTER the processing time of 3-5 business days. Please keep in mind there may be additional delays due to factors outside of our control, such as poor weather, postal service disruptions or high holiday volumes. If you selected tracked shipping, you may track your order's progress with the provided tracking number.
Standard Mail - NOT TRACKED (for parcels that can fit into a 5mm mailer to allow for regular postage stamps):
- Canada: 3-10 business days
- USA: 7-14 business days
Oversize - TRACKED (tracking number provided for larger orders):
- Canada: 1-7 business days
- USA: 3-10 business days

If the standard shipping window has passed and you think your package is lost, please inquire with your local post office/courier. Standard shipping does not include insurance for lost parcels. Untracked shipping is cost efficient but there is also a risk, buyer’s discretion is advised.
If you received a tracking number, contact your local post office/courier directly as they will have the most up-to-date information. Please keep in mind there will be postal service delays during busier seasonal times that are out of our control and can affect the arrival of your order (i.e. holidays, poor weather, etc).
If your products are damaged upon receiving your order, take a photo of the products within 24 hours and let us know right away so we can inquire with the post office/courier. We apologize in advance for the inconvenience and we'll do what we can to fix the situation :)

The Children’s Book Bank
Proceeds from our "My Kind Of Texts" tote bag will be donated to this registered charity that provides free, gently-used books and literacy support to children and their families living in vulnerable or high-needs neighbourhoods across the GTA. They have delivered over one million books since its opening in 2008. The Book Bank is the best parts of a children’s book store and a library put together. Children and families are welcome to browse the shelves, choose a book they would like to read and then take it home to keep – for FREE, and there is no registration required to visit. We are always happy to drop off donations (my kiddo goes through a lot of books!) and we encourage you to do the same!
Carefirst Seniors & Community Services Association
A portion of our sales will be donated to this Chinese community organization starting on March 20, 2021. Carefirst's mission is to ensure that seniors and others in need of services, living in Toronto and surrounding areas, enjoy a high quality of life in their communities. They strive to maximize their well-being through a range of social, health care, and supportive services planned and delivered through an integrated model of care.
Toronto Animal Services
Proceeds from our paw print enamel pin will be donated to Toronto Animal Services in honour of Queenie's beloved Golden Retriever, Bowser. This design is a trace of Bowser's paw print, he was a huge part of Queenie's life and this her tribute to him. (Read the Instagram post here). Donations are crucial to support medical care for animals in shelters and spay/neuter initiatives in the community. One hundred percent of donations is used to directly benefit the animals.
Proceeds from this collection will be donated to The 519 organization. The 519 is committed to the health, happiness and full participation of the LGBTQ2S communities. A City of Toronto agency with an innovative model of Service, Space and Leadership, they strive to make a real difference in people’s lives, while working to promote inclusion, understanding and respect.
