What is the queenie's cards Subscription Box?

Our Subscription Box is an exclusive quarterly subscription series full of cute and punny goodies! Each box is a surprise with queenie’s cards products (such as stationery, greeting cards, plush) and other fun items from our retail shop (brands may include Pusheen, tokidoki, Sanrio and more)!

There are four boxes per year. You have the option to purchase a single box or an annual subscription (one time payment for all boxes of the year).

How does it work?

1. Choose a Single Box or an Annual Subscription

2. Once we receive your order, we start packing all the surprises in time for the ship-out date (goodies may include products from queenie's cards, Pusheen, Sanrio and more)

3. Have the box shipped to your doorstep or choose FREE pick-up at our shop

4. Follow us on Instagram @queeniescards and tag #queeniessubbox to show us your photos!

This is a quarterly subscription box with four mail-out dates. You can purchase a single box or subscribe to all the boxes of the year. Purchase or subscribe by the deadlines below to ensure you receive your sub box in time. Be sure to follow us on Instagram for announcements and deadline extensions!

  • February Sub Box (purchase by January 15, 2020)
  • May Sub Box (purchase by May 1, 2020)

This subscription box is filled with surprise products every quarter of the year! With the success of our mystery box and mystery bag series, we launched our first subscription box series in 2019. Each box will include cute and punny goodies from our own line of products and other branded items from our retail shop. Purchase a single box or save $12 by subscribing to an annual plan for all 4 boxes of the year!

  • New queenie’s cards products before they’re available to anyone else!
  • Stationery, gifts, apparel and plush from the queenie’s cards line (such as greeting cards, enamel pins, socks, patches and more)
  • Products sold at our retail shop (brands everyone loves such as Pusheen, tokidoki, Sanrio, Gudetama, Sumikko Gurashi and more)
  • Follow us on Instagram (@queeniescards) for sneak peeks!

There are 2 options you can choose from: Single Box or Annual Plan

  • The Single Box allows you to purchase individual boxes throughout the year (please see the shipping schedule for mail-out dates of each box). A Single Box is $35 CAD before tax and shipping.
  • The Annual Plan is a one-time payment for all four boxes of the year shipped out in a quarterly schedule. The plan is $128 CAD before tax (and if you sign up later in the year, it is $96 for the three boxes left in the year or $64 for the two boxes left in the year; please see the Shipping Schedule above for mail-out dates and subscription deadlines). Keep in mind that the Annual Plan will not auto-renew after the final box of the year is sent.

As 2019 marks our first venture into the subscription box world, we are always looking for feedback to improve our processes! There may be kinks and hurdles along the way, but with your help we can make make the experience better than ever. As a quarterly subscription box, four boxes are sent out per year. You can purchase single boxes or subscribe to an annual plan for automatic shipment of all the boxes throughout the year. See the Shipment Schedule above and Instagram for deadline extension announcements.

Boxes are approximately 8″ x 6″ x 4″. Weight will differ from box to box depending on the surprises we leave inside!

Customized boxes are not available, but the surprise element is the best part! Each box is carefully curated by the queenie’s cards team with new exclusives, best sellers and brands we know you’ll love to ensure there is a little bit of everything for everyone. Be sure to visit our online store or stop by our retail shop to see all the possible goodies you may find in your next box!

We offer FREE pick-up at our Toronto retail shop (1808 Danforth Ave) or tracked shipping via Canada Post (shipping is calculated at checkout). The approximate delivery dates is as follows:

  • Canada (1-7 business days)
  • USA (3-10 business days)
  • International (7-15 business days)

Please view the Shipment Schedule above to ensure you place your order in time for the next box. You will receive an email notification once your order is shipped or ready for pick-up. For in-store pick-up, please visit us within 14 days and have your mobile or printed receipt ready. If you encounter any issues with your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will try to resolve it as quickly as we can.

All purchases (both single boxes and annual subscriptions) are final and billed immediately upon purchase.

Individual products in each box are also final sale and are not eligible for in-store or online returns or exchanges. If there was an issue with your order, please contact us immediately with your order number and we will try to resolve it as soon as possible. Thanks for your understanding!

Simply input the gift receiver’s name and address in the shipping details to send your gift straight to their doorstep (or in-store pick up is also available for free if you want to save on shipping). Leave a message in the check-out notes and we will be more than happy to include it inside the box :) Lastly, be sure to view the Shipment Schedule above to ensure your gift is delivered on time.
